Nebraska Republican Senator Ben Sasse is receiving strong criticism by his state GOP for his continued attacks on former President Trump.
The state GOP has had enough of Sasse and is considering on censuring him. He responds to the threat by posting a video. In the video, Sasse states, “You are welcome to censure me again, but let’s be clear about why this is happening. It’s because I still believe, as you used to, that politics isn’t about the weird worship of one dude.”
Sasse has been very critical of Trump even though Trump helped him get where he is.
