In an attempt to gain the support of Hispanics and Latinos in Florida, Joe Biden thought it would be wise try and impress the small audience.
According to the Gateway Pundit, Biden pulled out his phone and began playing Luis Fonsi’s Despacito song. It was likely that Biden didn’t know that “despacito” actually means “slowly” in spanish.
