Sen. Bernie Sanders lost his temper after the U.S. Senate parliamentarian blocked the $15 minimum wage increase from being added into the upcoming coronavirus relief bill.
According to Trending Politics, Sanders stated, “I strongly disagree with tonight’s decision by the Senate Parliamentarian. But the fight to raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour continues.”
“I’m confident we have a majority in the United States, including the Vice President that would vote to increase the minimum wage to $15 an hour as part of President Biden’s American Rescue Plan,” he added.
